Noma Dumezweni, Michael Grandage, Sonia Friedman, Preeya Kalidas and David Grindrod have been announced as ambassadors for The Stage's latest campaign, The Stage Supports, which aims to celebrate talent in theatre and the performing arts, on and off stage.

As part of the initiative, the five ambassadors will offer experience and insight from different areas of the performing arts, and Dumezweni, who plays Hermione in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, commented 'I'm very honoured to be a The Stage Supports ambassador. Having not got into drama school, I am fully aware of the importance of taking advantage of as many opportunities for support as you can when you’re starting out as an actor'.
